        This circuit is capable of converting decimal numbers into a 32 bit binary number that can be given to a 4*8 LED display.

    7. Automatic Train Refill Computer

      Detects when any item contained in the train goes from >0 to 0, and then dispatches the train to leave. Train should leave on the S signal and 2 seconds of inactivity.
